it's strange that I cannot transfer data by Winpcin or IBNTOOL

momosan Posts: 51 Rating: (0)	Dear Siemens Experts: Today I backup an milling machine manufactured by Taiwan EUMA.It's strange that I cannot transfer data by Winpcin,Archive or IBNTOOL. If I use Winpcin or archive data in PCU50,the transfer process will stopped in EUMA.Mpf in 99%,and log display "job is terminated by error" If I use IBNTOOL or HMI Advanced for PC,the communication didn't established with NCU. So,I need help.

momosan Posts: 51 Rating: (0)	Dear EKALAVYA: You means that I have to backed up by data out?So is it I must back up all these files one by one?It's a long-time work.And another question is,if I backup so many files such as TEA,SEA,VS,HS,MPF,SPF and so on,is it possible that after I transfer these file I backuped to a general-reset-NCU,the machine can surely work?
