Hello experts,

I am having an issue with job mailbox 23 on a migrated HMI.

With any user logged in, the HMI will throw up an error "Job mailbox 23 terminated with error". The error only clears when the user is logged off again.

The original program was an integrated Step 7 with a ProTool programmed HMI.

PLC: 6ES7 314-1AG13-0ab0/V2.6. Step 7 V5.4+SP3+HF1.

Original HMI: TP170B. ProTool V6.0SP3.

New HMI: TP700 Comfort, with the program migrated up to TIA V15.1.

I have gotten everything else to work with very little hassle, all the screens function, settings can be written and contrast settings changed to brightness, but can't figure out this log in.

The job mailbox DB is 4 words long and set to INT, do the newer HMIs need more space allocated for the job mailbox? Is it the fact that I left the PLC program original?

I can't figure it out at all, please help.
