Hello usjwo; Sorry, no, I have neverworked witha Profibus-DP enabled keybord;Google gives this link to ESA elettronica, an Italian manufacturer that offers an industrial keyboard, but it is not a PC-type alphanumeric keyboard, look more like a Siemens PP unit (HMI keys on Profibus). See here: http://www.directindustry.com/prod/esa-elettronica/industrial-keyboard-13930-133137.html Is this a Siemens OP? Many (newer)OPs come with a USB keyboard connection, some (older) ones have a PS2 connector available for the same. A model number would help us look for the unit and accessories. If you have a TouchScreen panel, you should have access to an internal alphanumeric keyboard that your operator could use to input data. Even the older versions of Protool supported that, on Window-based TPs. So more information on your part could allow us to help you better. Regards, Daniel Chartier |
