I do not like to create a separite tip for each subject! They are all coming from the same web site and also any user can view the training online and download the training book as well. It is called "quick STEP Online Courses" Introductory Courses Basics of Electricity Basics of Electrical Products Motors & Control Courses Basics of AC Drives Basics of AC Motors Basics of Control Components Basics of DC Drives Basics of Motor Control Centers Basics of PLCs Power Distribution Courses Basics of Busway Basics of Circuit Breakers Basics of Lighting Control Basics of Load Centers Basics of Low Voltage Switchgear Basics of Meter Mounting Equipment Basics of Panelboards Basics of Power Monitoring Basics of Safety Switches Basics of Standby Power Basics of Surge Protection Basics of Switchboards Basics of Transformers So it is too much to make 21 tip for each subject. Hello, I do not understand what did you meant by main secret! And if I missed several stars, I have the pleasure to recieve them from you nowAnd I think that Vathani will be glad also for that. What I want to say, is to put all these courses in one tip. The target is not to gain many (Thank you)s and many stars during the forum. I think the target is to prvide knowleage to others. So, if the source of knoleage is one source, then keep it one source. And I think SIEMENS should have all the stars because SIEMENS guys who made these training courses for us.

I already Said that I was not knowing about the link... I dont care if some one not believe.. KSN One question, guys. Why so great 'Knowledge Banks' posted just at this days, I don't believe, that you got this information several days ago. Why this was not posted earlier? You are not first year at this forum. I thought to upload it 2-3 months ago but there were few reasons for not doing that.. During that time very few people were active on the forum. In that time if I have uploaded it then very few may have read or commented or rated it...and even you might have not noticed it... During Premium time so many active users are there so your every post will be read and commented and rated quickly...As my first post Knowledge Bank-1 became amongst the Popular Post catagory within 2-3 days... And I will not say that I dont care about premium points etc.. Of course I want it.. I dont care about Price but I am more intersted in maintaining position in ranking and getting certificate which I can show proudly to every one around me at work If I am getting star for my work, I dont think anything is wrong in that. It feels very nice when your help is being appriciated by rating or by ranking or by changing Bricks in the status.. I am sorry for my language but I couldnt stop my self by responding this posts... And one more thing, I have some more documents which I planned to upload as Part of Knowledge Bank but I think better I should not upload it or upload it after campaign finished.. Heksu I think this is best what this kind of forum can do. If stars are enough for thanks it´s not much. This is right Attitude... Thanks & Regards, Devesh Vithani
