Konverting Data - FC106 (Unscale) S7-300

I am Frensh,thus sorry for my bad English butI have a probleme with a fonction bloc : fc106 The systeme on which I work, use this fonction fc106 (STEP7) with an analogic imput/output (SM334) 0-10V. But the result of the conversion with the fc106 is between 27648 and 0and my analogic output have an 8bits resolution. There is a problem , no?. How this analogic output could convert ,for exemple, 27648 in 10 Voltalthough the max value I can send to the analogic output is 255 (8 bits). Thank you for your answers

Hope you will understand my explanation: Programming a "function" with the following inputs: actuell input max input max output min input and min output should be zero in the first step within the function calculate ("actuell input" / "max input") * "max output" => actuell output output parameter of the function actuell output I think in this way something like a "linear conversion" should be realized. According to the manual Programmable Logic Controllers S7-300 Module Data, "If the resolution of an analog module has fewer than 16 bits, the analog value is stored left-justified on the module. The lower-order bit positions not used are padded with zeros (”0”)." This allows any resolution (8,12, or 16 bit) analog module to be used without changing the Step 7 code. The Siemens standard functions that work with analog values, such as SCALE, UNSCALE, and CONT_C (PID loop) all expect values scaled to 27648 as full scale. Best Regards, SteveA
