I am using KP 400 basic color pn model no: 6av6 647-0aj11-3ax0. But cannot assign ip address. I can place the ip address but cannot save it. After placing ip address i press enter and a message shows: "The name is not DNA Compatible. Only Lower letters are allowed...."

My IP setting

IP address: 192.168.0.2

Subnet mask, by default 255.255.255.0

Default Gateway 0.0.0.0

Can you please help me or give me a link of operating manual.

i think the ip is not the problem.

There should be a additional filed for the device name.

This name must DNA conform, it can be that both settings are in the same dialog so you must define the name correctly to save the IP.
