KP300. Set PLC tag using Softkey_CursorUP and CursorDN - Control keys

When IO filed is selected value which is assign to this field can be changed by cursors? Or Is t possible to read actual status from cursor state (like internal variable in KP300)? Regards Maro

Regards Maro Hello, You can not read the status of the cursor. You can only create the tab sequence in WinCC V11 under "Edit >Tab sequence". Tweety

Please help me in sort out the problem. Hi. It would be most helpful if you could show us what you have configured. I have a feeling that you have your I/O field is set to read and not read and write. Please see the hint attached and confirm. When you use the KP300, use the cursors to highlight the IO field. Then press ENTER to activate the typing mode. Edit the value and press ENTER to confirm. In simulation you can do the same. Just remember to use the cursor keys on your PC keyboard because the left/right buttons are not available inside the simulated panel. There are other was to manipulate a value. [1] Assign an increase and decrease function to F buttons. [2] Make a symbolic IO field with text as the choices. I hope this is helpful.
