KP700 download aborted during OS update

Hi,

My previous HMI was OP277 and Siemens recommended to buy KP700 7" inch as its replacement. The KP700 HMI is of version 14.00.

I have TIA portal V12 update 3 having WINCC advanced V12. As recommended by Siemens, i migrated my old project into TIA portal compiled it without any errors and tried  to download to my new HMI.

I am not able to proceed further with the download unless i select the "update OS" requirement for download. when i select it, the download is starting up but suddenly the download is aborting with a message "download aborted during update"..

is this a version issue or software issue. Need help.

Recompile your complete project and download it again.

Set your Panel in Transfer mode.

 thank you rh1990...it worked....i didnt have to use Prosave for OS update..i was not setting the hmi panel in transfer mode...
