Hi! I have a 10 KTP 400 in my application. All KTP 400 has the same application inside, only profinet address is different. This configuration is working about one year. So one morning 2/10 KTP 400 has a sligltly moved touch screen - cca1.5 cm from a button. I send a question to customer support and this is answer - quote: Please make following: - install TIA V11 SP2 UPD3 then make - OS Update with Reset to factory settings. - Colibrate again. But ist very IMPORTANT you should (Tap the screen to register saved data) Touch the cross in the screen center once again using the touch pen or your finger to confirm your entries, NOT waiting 30sek.
