Hello Rockie, You need atleast WinCC Comfort v11 or higher (WinCC Advanced v11 or WinCC Professional v11). The current version of the software is WinCC ______ v11 SP2 Upd3.

Hello Rockie, You have to understand that WinCC Basic does not support even if you have the v11 SP2 Upd 4. You need WinCC Comfort or above for configuring any Comfort Panel.
