KTP 700 Basic DP touch issues

Since form yesterday, the touch functions are not working. We tried with re calibrate. But it does not solve the issue. When we use external mouse, it is working. Is there any remedy to solve the touch functions? 6AV2 123-2GA03-0AX0 Kindly give your valuable suggestions. Best Regards Prian
