I have some issues downloading program from my pc to HMI, I am using tia portal v15, the hmi is ktp 700dp, I use mpi cable download from pc to hmi, I use this cable to  download program to cpu without any issue at all, success everytime, however when I try to download program to hmi, it always shows the error as no connection to device could be established, as photo shows, it can be done sometimes but most of time it shows this error, just wondering any one can help please, thank you.
