Hi, I have SIMATIC HMI KTP1000 BASIC COLOR PN, when enabled, this device does not load the operating system (photo in the attachment), based on the instructions for this device, performed the steps for backup and recovery, namely: launched the program SIMATIC ProSave V14.0.1.0, switched to the General tab, selected the Device, then the Ethernet connection type, assigned the IP address, switched to the OS Update tab, selected the image file KTP1000pnColor_V12_0_1_5.img, set the Reset to factory settings check box, clicked Update OS, the assigned IP blinked briefly 3 times on the device display address (at this address goes ping devaysa), SIMATIC ProSave V14.0.1.0 program highlights the need to restart the panel, but do not get reset as the boot menu does not appear on the panel.
