Ktp1000 basic pn not reachable

Iprepared the project file with the tia portal v11sp2 up5.Andplc and hmi are connected to the lan network. I can download the project files to plc and hmi via lan. But When I tried to online with hmi, it says "hmi is not reachable". So I couldn't see values on hmi. I can online with plc and see all plc values. And whenI start the runtime, I couldn't see the values on hmi. In the following you could find screens pictures. Attachment picture2.jpg (488 Downloads)

You can see it in the picturebut I couldn't see panel and plc in the "online access". Butwhen Iconnect the program blocks, it is Ok.I can see the values on plc. Before I revized ip addresses of the plc and hmi, I can online with the hmi, and I can see the hmi values in the runtime, also I could changed the values in the hmi via runtime (which I was connected to the hmi with siemens profinet cable).
