Ktp1000 basic pn not reachable

Iprepared the project file with the tia portal v11sp2 up5.Andplc and hmi are connected to the lan network. I can download the project files to plc and hmi via lan. But When I tried to online with hmi, it says "hmi is not reachable". So I couldn't see values on hmi. I can online with plc and see all plc values. And whenI start the runtime, I couldn't see the values on hmi. In the following you could find screens picture. Attachment picture1.jpg (103 Downloads)
