Hello,all. A'm a newbee in this forum. need your help.

I have remote connection to the plc s7-1200 and HMI KTP400 over VPN. The PLC communication is ok, but KTP is not accessible from TIA V.14. the PLC's IP is 192.168.0.8, HMI's ip is 192.168.0.9. i can ping the panel from my FIELD PG but can't go online by TIA. Do somebody have some hint for this problem?

gonig online with a panel like a PLC makes no sence. the panels have less functinoality in online diagnostic.

But If you want to load your HMI Project to the Panel you have to be sure to open all needed ports in the Firewall or the router if you work with VPN.

I was scaned a ports in this network segment and found, that my ktp400 basic PN use port 5001 for firmware transfering and this port was closed in the VPN router.

Now it is possible to transfer project to HMI
