KTP400 blocked in start page

AutoGen_4712125 Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	Hello, I'm using the KTP 400 Basic (6AV2 123-2DB03-0AX0), It was working fine and wasn't used for 2 weeks. When I reconnected the screen it got blocked in the startup page (even before the startup, see image). After some seconds the page get black and we come back to the page. I manage to ping the screen (only if the PLC is also connected. I was thinking to resend the program to the screen but I don't manage. The system see the screen but don't manage to connect to it. (It gives 2 compatible and - 1 incompatible node, while it is the only HMI connected) I tried on the same way to recover (so with ethernet cable) but is was not possible neither. Thanks to Wizard! Then you should use a Version >=TIA Portal V14 Sp1 Upd4 or newer KFoldesi I had a similar problem a few weeks ago. It was firmware update that fixed it. I'm on V14 SP1 Update 3. Updates Then you have a image File V14.0.1.4! you need to fix. Bye Murof
