I need to use KTP400 Basic for data logging signal 0-10 Vdc of sensor and I use PLC 1215C DC/DC/DC.

I need to use USB store my record in flash drive 8G.

I need to record my data every 1sec. in CSV. file format.

The data comprise of Date  / Time  / Record value

If possible I need alarm signal when data in flash drive nearly full.

I need an example to do it.

Can anybody help me or an example please ?

 Hi, It might be possible,  not exactly as you want but very close.

Plug your flash disk on the panel and do that :

Goto=> HistoricalData=> Data Log 

step1 create the Data log

Step 2 set the variable

Take a look to the attachment

Usually the Programmers use to do that in order to plot a curve i don't know what you wanna do exactly but i hope this help you.

How can I set record maximum data for alarm in PLC output ?

Hi Vorapob,

You can save data logs in csv format in KTP400 Comfort panel. Howerver the each data log is limited with 500000 data records which means in your case for 1 second sampling it can store only 5 days data approximately in a single file. if you need to store more then you need to make a VB script to copy the data log every 5 days with a different name with date and time. To get started with data logging you can use the attached file for your reference.

Scaling can be done in the PLC for Analog Sensor.Please check the below link for easy understanding.

You can just use the copy script or you can use the trend display for old datalogs id you need it. Hope it helps.
