hello, there wasan error whentranfering project to a panel ktp600 DP and now when I restart it stays in the first screen when loading the boot image, the menu doesn't come up Any hint i can do? |

it doesn't start to the transfer menu... can i do it whithout getting to the transfer menu? |

yes it had a power failure while updating frmware and downloading project! |

but the procedure applies to profibus dp panel? it was configured as DP before |

, Hello martin, Have you already seen the above thread? If yes you should try toSupport Request One thing I have always said to me is that when you work on a panel (OS update,etc.) is always better to be linked under to a UPS to avoid these problems. |

yesterday I tried to connect using USB - MPI/DP adapter and couldn't connect... do you know if there's a default address to connect? or do i need ppi multimaster cable? |

OK! I could restore the image (reset to factory defaults) with a ppi-multimaster cable! thanks |
