Hello

I want change device to  "HMI KTP700 BASIC DP(6AV2123-2GA03-0AX0 )" in wincc v13.

but there are not.  There exist only "SIMATIC HMI KTP700 BASIC(6AV2123-2GB03-0AX0)"

How can I change my device to "HMI KTP700 BASIC DP(6AV2123-2GA03-0AX0 ).

One is only exist DP interface and, another one is PN interface.

I want use DP interface.

i face the same problem 

and i install 

but the problem still found i didn't found the HMI KTP700 basic DB

i use TIA Portal professional V13 

6AV2123-2GA03-0AX0 is exist in tia portal v13，it's installed defaultly when you install tia portal no more HSP  is in neeed，pls reinstall your tia portal and select complete reinstall  to repair this problem，make sure that you MS-OS is suitable for tia portal
