I have on site a PLC and HMI configuration though a router.
I can remotely access the PLC via the router with port 102, but am unable with the HMI via 2308 or 50523.

All selected with use router IP in settings.
So why am I unable to reach the HMI to update the project?
Have I missed setup somewhere? I had similar issue when plugged in directly to the ethernet switch onsite to connect to the HMI, but it did work eventually, after turning off and on the system/ my laptop.

Also, i set up the program HMI with firmware version 15.1.0.0, which I need to update also to enable smart server access, I have tia portal V18. But will this cause issues to my screens already setup?

I am able to ping the HMI address remotely and get connection, leading me to think I've missed something somewhere in my program.
