Hello, We must move a mechanism with position control by laser distance sensor. We are going to use the position controller in SINAMICS (Basic positioner EPOS) and encoder for it will be the laser distance sensor Dimetix DAN-10-150 by SSI interface. Hello, the basic configuration of a SSI encoder is shown in chapter 8.22.3.4 of the CU250S-2 operating instruction manual. The basic setup of a linear laser encoder is also shown on the following application example. I haven`t used this type of encoder myself, but this is a common application on the CU250S-2 as you can see on the manuals. On the first look at the technical data of the laser encoder I don`t see any blocking points so I wouldn`t expect any issues.. |
