You can give a look at the functionality "job lists" with which you can define one or more lists of operations. In every list you can put commands to: Load/Unload a program Copy a program Select a program for execution ... The PLC program can decide when the HMI-Advanced has to execute one of these lists. The only problem is: you have to prepare these lists in advance and it is not possible to change them automatically. This is not goodfor example if the names of the programs to load/unload are always different. It works fine if the names of the programs are always the same but their contents change. kotlas Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	For clarification: Im use writing data sheet to one file during machine operation...And this file is automatically lead on. Then I dont see file via local net...(i cant writting to file via local net ,because my HMI or PCL or...something else, does not support entry...)

APC Tech Team Posts: 391 Rating: (50)	If the machine has HMI-Advanced as operator interface, an alternative to job lists might be: 1. the part program writes the complete protocol file 2. the part program setsa bit in the PLC to inform that the writing is finished (for example witha M function 3. the PLC saves the information on the actual displayed HMI area (see Machine Datum 9032 or "Transferring the actual task number of the HMI to the PLC" https://www.automation.siemens.com/doconweb/pdf/SINUMERIK_SIMODRIVE_04_2010_E/IHA.pdf?p=122#page=122&view=FitBH,0&pagemode=none) 4. the PLC calls a Wizard screen (see the Chapter "Configure hotkeys and PLC keys" https://www.automation.siemens.com/doconweb/pdf/SINUMERIK_SIMODRIVE_04_2010_E/IHA.pdf?p=483#page=483&view=FitBH,0&pagemode=none) 5. the Wizard screen uses the commands CP/PP/DP to copy,transfer from NC to HD or delete the protocol file. This is a dirty solution and might not work (I have not tested it) but I see no other possibilities. ...Unless you develop a HMI application with the HMI Programming Package or with MCIS RPC package... then you could automate this task. But for a single machine it might not be worth the effort.

Hello, The X mark is going you to tell you that the program is loaded to your NC without the mark is going to tell you it is not loaded. Regards, Prakash

COPY does not exist for G code programming. You need tocreate aWizard screen and use the commands: CP = copy program PP = passivate program AP = activate program like the example I posted.
