Hi, This is too general question.You need to read at least online help system for WinCC (TIA) to see how alarm are done. Then you will see that PLC alarms are encoded in WORDs and so you can set alarm in your PLC logic by setting corresponding bit in the alarm WORD. Also read about acknowledging. Maybe some example projects could help you to learn faster ? Demo projects for HMI Panels at WinCC (TIA Portal) for Basic Panels, Comfort Panels and WinCC Runtime Advanced (TIA Portal)
