redha Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	bonjours tous le monde: voila , j'ai une installation avec une cpu315 2dp et 2 coupleur ,tout marche trés bien jusqu'a ou un arret brusque est survenu et tous le process s'arrete lede sf s'allume ,pas de communication entre la cpu et 2 coupleurs , j'ai etteigne et réalume la cpu se met en marche mais le coupleur off ; en visualisant le programme et la configuration avec pc j'ai trouve (trais rouge sur la connection d'un coupleur et la cpu) alors j'ai changé entre les 2 coupleur , alors celui qui etait off il se met à on et celui qui était à on se met en off .conséquence une partie de l'insdtallation est hors service je vous demande ou se situe le probleme merci

The SF LED is lit, there is no longer communication between the CPU and the 2 couplers.I have powered down and powered up the CPU, the CPU comes back online but one coupler is still OFF; visualising the program and the configuration with the PC I have found a red line over the connection between one coupler andthe CPU so I exchanged the couplers; then the coupler that was OFF becomes ON and the one that was ON becomes OFF, So part of the installation is out of service. I am asking you where the problem comes from. Thanks.

redha Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	hello to all do you think if i try to update the firmware of the CPU resolve the problem and is it necessary to update all the accessories in the plants (installation )cp, coupleurs ......., cpu type : 6es7 3152AG10 0A0B firm ware 2.0 coupleur : 1xIM 361 and 2xc IM 153.3 there are 4 racks thanks

Think this are logical adresses of modules of your slaves. So when this modules / slaves doesn't work well, no Iinput data could be read. Think there are more information needed to see what happend. dchartier ...In HWConfig, Online view (where you see all the diagnostic icons) double-click on the master interface and on the IM 153 icons. You will hace access to the diagnostic buffer for each of them; save the different messages you find there and study them. ... Best regards Sabine

redha Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	yes befor his message i have another one : first IM153.3 ( out off diagnostic ) : the configuration of the station in HW is defferent than the exist in the plant (but it seems some wrongly because the type of the IM153.3 is true even the adress N°3, it is the same than the physical adress( using the switch in front of the card)

But I think the description will not give you any more details than the message text you find in your diagnostic buffer: W#16#2942 I/O access error, reading OB 122 You must concentrate on two things, besides collecting the diagnostic messages from all affected modules, as suggested earlier: This, by the way, would be essential, especially on the AI modules. You get the message "the configuration of the station in HW is defferent than the exist in the plant" when this requirement is marked with a check in the CPU propertiies (HWConfig). If this is checked, your DP master will only operate if there are no diagnostic messages from the configured slaves. Unchecking this requirement will allow the master to connect to slaves that do not give diagnostic messages. Second: your ET 200M IMs are giving diagnostic errors because they cannot reach certain addresses (these you show in the diagnostic buffer messages). So: are these addresses the ones of the AI modules that also show fault signals? If they are: What is the diagnostic buffer contents for these modules (double-click on the AI modules marked with a red slash in the Online view of HWConfig). Please then start by fixing the problem on these modules, then see if this clears the faults on the ET 200M stations. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier

Can you add a screendump of the online information in your HW config (open HW config, go online and press Alt + Prt Sc). Could you do the same for Netpro and include the DP slaves? I think the OB122 errors are not causing the problem, they are a result of the problem. I think your coupler did not receive the right configuration information from your CPU. This is strange, because you told us it worked fine before. Maybe the online information (try to add as much online info as possible) can give us a clue as to what is going wrong. If you have the means you may want to monitor the Profibus telegrams between the DP master (i.e. your CPU) and the slave (i.e. the coupler). Then you will certainly find out what is wrong.
