LEDs ERROR

Zmaj Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hy I have sistem with PLC S7 CPU 312; 6ES7 307-1EA00-0AB0, and I programing with STEP 7 Lite. I initially built the system with pneumatic cylinders and motors, with whom I have managed over the PLC, and all functioned normally, and I programmed. Since the system looks statically unstable so I had to redesign the cylinder carriers and create a new cabinet plc. When I finished and then started connecting PLC with inputs and outputs, I tried to make a small program to test the inputs and outputs. Then Plc reported an error. Program and hardware configurations were successfully transferred to the PLC, but when I try to run the program to the PLC, the LEDs reported an error. SF LED is on 5VDC is. on STOP is. on I tried to dowload OB55, OB56, OB57, but it is not possible. IBN-Service Posts: 8946 Rating: (999)	First: You must not use the OB that you are talking about for diagnostic. Not all CPU can handle all OB also! Use i.e. OB82, OB86. Then: Try to do a master reset / delete the MMC (NOT ALLOWED WITH WINDOWS CARDREADER!!) BTW. you give us the no. of power-supply, not of the CPU...

Wishme Experienced Member Joined: 8/20/2009 Last visit: 5/21/2024 Posts: 80 Rating: (5)	Dear Zmaj, I understand from your writing that u have added new and different model of PLCthan earlier, but the blocks are same. If the is so, the fact is some blocks of the old PLC are not suitable for other PLCs. Even if firmware of the PLC has changes than these problem is expected. Or there is some inconsistency in the Programming general if you use move, conversion and mathematical instructions. Thanks, Vishal J. P.
