Letting End User Set Time and Date in PLC via HMI

I also know how to make a KTP400 Basic Mono display this time. Now I need to create a screen where my end user can correct the time and date if it is incorrect. It looks like the only block for setting the date and time programatically expects UTC values. Is there a good way to create a screen that lets the end user enter the time and date in local time?
