Licence error at first execution

Davinator Gold Member Joined: 1/4/2013 Last visit: 1/19/2025 Posts: 1137 Rating: (102)	Dear all, I have TIA V13 (NOT Sp1) with WINCC 13 Professional. I have a strange error: at first execution of TIA Portal, I open my project and everything is OK. When I try to 1) Open Simotion configuration OR 2) Open PLC FC/FB/OB/DBs OR 3) Open WinCC HMI page I get a licence error which is attached ( this is the example for when I open WinCC HMI Page). I close TIA, and I reopen it, without rebooting the PC. And everything works fine. I tried to do a search on the processes running the first time and the second time I run TIA but it is a tricky operation, maybe the solution is easier. The automation licence manager seems to be active when PC starts, so I dunno if it is related to that... This problem appears EVERY EVERY time in this same manner. There wasn't one time, if I remember correctly, that I was able to use TIA at the first launch. Any ideas ? Thanks in advance Attachment Licence Err.jpg (273 Downloads)

Davinator Gold Member Joined: 1/4/2013 Last visit: 1/19/2025 Posts: 1137 Rating: (102)	SOLVED ! After uninstalling and cleaning the mdb file it didn't work ... So I went in services (services.msc) of windows 7 and put the ALM service in Auto Delayed instead of Auto like it was previously. Now everything runs perfectly.
