What can do to remove these popup?

as the popup says: it seems that you are missing the right license for your product and you should contact your sales representative or distributor from whom you ordered the software.

Usually there is a license disc or license usb pen-drive inside the software package. Maybe the required license is still there and is waiting to be tranfered.

Thank you, if you take a look at the button of the page you can see that the license already exist on the computer....

I received the package from Siemens many years ago, so don`t have it any longer.

Have a look at the screenshot below, and compare the information there to the one from your post.

It would seem your PC installation detects a Softnet Profibus communication card  (such as a CP 5711), but the Simatic Net license you have presently installed is designed for a Hardnet communication processor (such as a CP 5613).

The following FAQ will provide information on the differences between the types of communication processors:
