The WinCC Professional Runtime licences already include 500 archive variables.

Additional licences for WinCC Logging are available in the versions for 1500 or 5000 archive variables.

These licences are cumulative and additive to the 500 archive variables included in the runtime licence.

For example, if one licence each for 1500 and 5000 archive variables were deposited, a total of 7000 archive variables could be used on the system in question.

Note: In this respect, licensing with WinCC Runtime Professional differs from that with WinCC V7, where the 512 archive variables contained in the basic licence are not added up when additional archive licences are added (see FAQ).
