Licens Manager network drive

I have installed Automation License manager on my network computer (virtual) and I can see the license there (and transfer to it and from it).

But can I keep them on the network computer and use them there?

Once the license is transferred back to the license server, it is available for use by another copy of portal, whether that is on the virtual server, or other programming PG/PC.

When you have placed the license on a network computer you must allow the usage of the licenses in Automation License Manager (ALM) on the server.
Then you need to add the server in your local ALM and select it for usage, so the local ALM knows to search for the license on the server.

But to be honest the only thing I did was moving in the “settings box” my network computer from “known computer” to “search list”, when I did that I got a star in front of it in the license manager, and whoila it works exactly as I wanted it to be

Is there any possibility’s that you can see who (what computer) are using a license?

My network computer is a virtual machine as I wrote earlier, do anyone know if ALM has an service that always should run on Windows, in that case what is the name of it?

Could be good to know if you one day can’t start because it says “no license”!
