License dongle for NEMA0183

I am using CP341-1CH02-0AE0, do I need license dongle for NEMA0183 setence parsing? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Modbus, use 7 bit ASCII device together with 8 bit RTU device.

Kaulquappe Posts: 3093 Rating: (324)	Hello Raza, NEMA0183 is a protocol standard, it is not identical with Modbus ASCII. You can use the standard ASCII driver of CP341 and build the telegram structure in the user program. In this case no dongle is required. Regards, Kaulquappe
