License key not available (but shows available)

Thor81 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I get an error when starting up the Comfort 1500 panel. If the picture I took somehow doesnt attach, it reads: License key not available! ProDiag for SIMATIC Comfort/Mobile Panels. When I open the License manager it does show that it has a license (WinCC Sm@rtserver for SIMATIC Panel). What am I missing here? I am having issues with my HMI not sending out text and email messages. My IT department has given me issues in the past regarding blocking ports. I want to make sure this License issue isnt what is stopping the text/email notifications. Attachment HMI2.jpg (289 Downloads)
