license problem

When I want to add CPU 12xx, I can see the lock icons in hardware catalog. The same is viewed in HMI basic panels. ET200, S7-300, S7-400, 1500 class is ok.. Does anybody know what it could be? ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 12/7/2024 Posts: 22474 Rating: (3036)	Hi, the licence checknormaly run at TIA Startup, so if you tranfer the licence if tia is always running then it can t t be the problem that tia can't find the valid licence. Close tia and start again should be the right way. Regards Christoph

I tried several times to start and quit TIA portal, but nothing has changed. Finally I reinstalled all TIA portal and tried to transfer firstly the license and then start the program. But thanks for response anyway
