Hello, 

I also am having issues with WinCC Unified PC V18 License.

I am getting the following error message "License "WinCC Unified PC ES" was not found". 

I have the licenses for WinCC Professional (max.) PowerTags Upgrade (V18.0), STEP 7 Professional Upgrade (V18.0) and WinCC Unified PC (50k) RT Upgrade (V18.0).

Should these not cover the "WinCC Unified PC ES" license?

It seems that you have not yet applied the "Upgrade" type licenses.
