WinCC V6.0 SP4 I want to reinstall the windows on customer’s PC. Before that I want to backup the licenses. How do I backup the licenses already installed? => http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/23174341 if you have the yellow-simatic license disk you can play all your licenses to this disk. WinCC V6.0 SP2 I have currently installed WinCC V6.0 SP2 and there is a license for 8K Power Tags. I want to upgrade to WinCC V6.0 SP4. Do I need to upgrade the current license or is the existing license still valid? => for using a higher SP you DON´T need any license, just install the new SP4 :-) WinCC V5.1 SP1 We want to upgrade the version of WinCC on customer’s PC from V5.1 to V6.0 sp4. There’s a license for SERVER. Is it a new license required? => you should buy the V5 => V6 upgrade license, I think the server license is included.. nemo |
