Hello Senbaga Ganesh, The Lifebit-Error means, that there is no communication between the PLC and the Siwarex MS module! This error disappears automatically, when the communication works correctly between the PLC and the Siwarex MS module. This error can be caused by the following items: 1. The analog input range (AEW)must not to be filteredfor the SIWAREX MS! The check marks must to be removed from the Input Filters. (See also chapter 8.2 (Figure 8-2) of the Siwarex MS manual. You can find this manual on the internet by logging on to: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/22600601 ). 2. Which Input/Output addresses have the Siwarex MS module? (See also chapter 8.2 (Figure 8-3)) You can see the used Input/Output addresses into the"PLC Information". These Input/Output addresses have to apply for the parameters of the “MicroScale_V20” library: - First_AEW - Second_AEW - Third_AEW - Fourth_AEW - First_AAW - Second_AAW - Third_AAW - Fourth_AAW 3. Is there a third module between the PLC and the Siwarex MS module? This module needs to have the24VDC power supply. Only with 24VDC, the S7-data-bus works correctly between the PLC and the Siwarex MS module. 4. How long isthe PLC-program-cycle? If the PLC-program-cycle is longer than 500ms, this error also occurs. You can find the PLC-program-cycle as “Scan Rates (ms)” into the"PLC Information". Best regards
