i have X0=1 (network in OB100) and X50=1 (network in OB1) 

When the opertaor put his login and his password In the HMI  ,i want that the PLC must activate X1 else the PLC stay in X0. 

After that the operator1 after loging on succesfully do his work for 8 hours ,if 8 hours passed and the cycle is not finished yet , plc must continue working until the end of cycle (X43=1)

this can be translated into Boolean logic:

8 hours_passed * X43=1 => loging out automaticly and forcing the grafcet to the initial state (X0=1).

and so on with the operator2..

how to do it  ? Please guys i need your help

Which Panel do you use?

Which Version of TIA portal do you use?

in the "sceduled tasks" of your HMI Project you can use the Trigger "User Change". Here you can use a Script for example (if your panel can do scritping). Here you can read out the Username with the Systemfunction "ReadUsername" and here you can use a select case to set a specific Bit when the Username is not empty.

Its only a approach but it would work.
