link S7-1500 with G120C PN via profinet problem

However There is an error show on diagnostic screen about firmware and IO device failure as the attached picture. I try to updated firmware from version 4.7.9 to 4.7.10. But after updated the problem still exist. Has anybody meet this before? Thank you Attachment 2.png (266 Downloads)

Can you found the devices in accessible nodes? how you connected to the devices? ho is the wiring between, PLC, drives, PC? Regards Christoph
