Hello ClaPet, the easiest solution is exactly what J_Bell suggested, forget the multiproject or merging the connections. You probably selected the partner in unknown project instead of suggested "(Unspecified)" in the actual project folder. If you'll follow the way suggested, there wouldn't be any problem. You really don't need the Partner_ID, it's assigned by the system when the partner is in the same project which isn't your case. Only you need to fill is the partner IP address and TSAP in the connection properties. Regards Sydney |

Hello ClaPet, I am sorry... but I have a different opinion than you. Please take a look onto the two projects I added to this post. Best regards J_Bell AttachmentSingle sided configured.zip (642 Downloads) |

Thanks J_Bell and Sydney, I have now done as you suggested. I have created two projects with the "Unspecified" station type. Thanks again. |

Hi, Well, The way to do it now is the same as it was in the past. This has not changed despite the advancement in the versions of S7 / PCS7. To use S7 connections see: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/17628518 Regards. |
