Local User Administration problems

Shakeyjim87 Member Joined: 5/30/2022 Last visit: 6/26/2024 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Good Morning, I've got a issue with a project im working on, its an old comfort panel that has been converted to unified using the Data2Unified add-in. the problem is the User Admin. i just cant seem to get any logins to work and only the default User is working i have set a user in the Security section and given it HMI-Administrator role (only role ive selected), and on download unchecked the keep data boxes. Details: Panel: MTP1000 TIA Portal V17 runtime is set to local user administration wincc unified configuration is set to local user administration i'm wondering if this is maybe a bug with the converstion from comfort. as a test i managed to set a user/pass by making a blank project and loaded a user, but from the actual project with the plc and HMI the HMI will not accept any user/password from the project security sections any ideas ?

You could try to use this: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109778709 Check also if it works in Simulation on PC with this project Bye Murof
