Locking of SIMATIC MANAGER & WinCC in PCS7

Hi Can any one tell me whether we can lock SIMATIC MANAGER & Win CC with security password? If so how. I am using PCS 7 Version: PCS7 V6.0 SP2 HF1/WinCC V6.0 SP3a

leelaprasad, You can not lock the Simatic Manager and WinCC. The only options you have is the Windows Login and Write protecting the Block in Simatic Manager. Wincc Runtime Can blocked in a way that the runtime screen is always displayed and if you want to go to the desktop then you have to shutdown the runtime. Hope this was helpful. Regards, mk
