Logging failed

I had set the password for protect the main value in HMI, but the operator of factory has alway logging failt. For any logging failt, i have to download HMI again and increate the number blocked logging. I'm still waitting for manufacture to fix this. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from How to Unlock Users. However, I would recommend you to open a new ticket by the technical support. -> The more customers report this behavior, the more likely and faster an implementation on the part of Siemens will happen.
