Hi there,

I am wondering why I cannot download a program from my laptop to my LOGO!

I’ve tried entire morning without any success and am very depressed at the moment.

Hopefully any of you may have an answer or a clear insight of what is going on,….

1. I’ve established a connection with my Laptop and LOGO using an direct connection via an Ethernet cable.
2. I’ve tried a lot and currently I am using for my Laptop following manual IPv-4 settings:
   • IP-adres: 192.168.000.100
   • Subnetmask: 255.255.255.000
   • StandardGateway:
3. For my base module I’ve used (manual) network settings:
   • IP-adres: 192.168.000.010
   • Subnetmask: 255.255.255.000
   • StandardGateway: 000.000.000.000
4. With these settings I can establish a connection between Laptop and LOGO which:
   • Allows me to start and stop the LOGO
   • Allows me to upload the present program from LOGO to my Laptop
   • Shows “inactive” up & download icons
5. The problem is that the PC can’t upload to LOGO,…
   • After connection successfully a pop-up screen is shown with LOGO! settings; assign IP adress,.. As I can record; this is not usual! It’s the same screen of FILE -> PREFERENCE -> ONLINE SETTINGS -> ASSIGN IP ADDRESS) Here I can enter New IP settings (under opened tab; Assign IP address). I’ve entered similar settings (which approves the input) and closes the window.

1. I’ve killed my firewall, didn’t help.
2. I’ve killed my wireless internet, didn’t help
3. I’ve restarted my computer several times, didn’t help
4. I’ve tried several other addresses and sub masks (also automatically assigned ones), didn’t help

I’m out of options,……

Ok, I've found something myself!!

Using the Info Window (f4) it seems that within my program; I'm using blocks without connection to an output. I'll try to find out where it goes wrong and fix it. Think it will solve the problem!

I guess that you have the new LOGO! FS04.
If so, you need LSC V8.1.
