Logo 6ED1052-1MD08-OBA1 + 6ED1055-1MB00-OBA2 (2nos) problem

I am working on an automatic switching programing with Logo 6ED1052-1MD08-OBA1 + 6ED1055-1MB00-OBA2 (2nos) modules. Demo Program is complete and it runs in PLC.

But I have observed one problem.

Relays Q1,Q2,Q3 and Q4 on Logo 6ED1052-1MD08-OBA1 module turns on and off as per the program logic in Auto and manual both modes but Relays Q5, Q6, work only when the Lan port of Logo PLC  is connected to either PC or a Network switch. Its strange. If the PLC has to work without connecting to a network,why the outputs are not getting energized when ethenet cable is removed from the PLC?I have not configured any network I/O programming and only hard wired DI/DO + 1 no AI is used in the program.
