Logo 8 and TDE - compare time

I should compare a time set by the user in TDE (two integers?) with the time of the PLC. Is this possible with a TDE and a Logo 8? I've seen something with the weekly timer and VMs together with a KTP. P.S.:I'm an occasional Logo programmer. Please bear with me!

If you want to trigger a specific event at a specific time, this only takes place via the weekly timer and / or the year timer.
