I don't understand your doubts. The program memory of the LOGO! is not always overwritten, only when the program or parameter is changed. There are LOGO! S which have been in operation for decades without problems affecting the program memory. And if you save the program on the mSD card, the program will be loaded from the mSD card and transferred to the program memory with each restart. I can't tell you anything about the number of write cycles, you can only ask Siemens directly. To do this, you can start a Support Request.
