LOGO "NETWORK ERROR" & "EM BUS ERROR"

raresoc Experienced Member Joined: 4/6/2017 Last visit: 6/16/2022 Posts: 69 Rating: (1)	Hi all, I have a LOGO! ED1052-1FB00-0BA7 working with a HMI 6AV6647-0AK11-3AX0, connected trough ethernet. LOGO! says "NETWORK ERROR" & "EM BUS ERROR", but LOGO! has no expansion module and communication with HMI is functional. Moreover LOGO!'s DI are "1" (measured by multimeter) but LOGO! acts as DI are "0". I can't access HMI program, may be protected. I tried to diagnose LOGO! using demo version of "LOGO! soft comfort V8.0", please see attached pictures. I1, ...I6 are "1" (measured by multimeter) but I/O status overview from demo version of "LOGO! soft comfort V8.0", says they are "0". This happened after the system was disconnected from power for 3 - 4 days. Anyone knows the cause of this issue? Attachment diagnostic.JPG (292 Downloads)

ixo65 Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 1/18/2025 Posts: 34505 Rating: (4306)	With demo version of LOGO!Soft Comfort you can not transfer a program to a LOGO! or from a LOGO!. You can't make LOGO! programs and simulate them, not more. Online monitoring is also not possible.

You can't make LOGO! programs and simulate them, not more. Online monitoring is also not possible. OK But the issue remains. System was working and after a power disconnection didn't work anymore and started to display"Network Error" and "EM BUS ERROR".
