Logo plc first time start, hourglass icon

When I power-on logo plc, I see hourglass icon in screen and I can't remove it. I tried to connect logo plc to pc, but LOGO!Soft Comfort V7.0 can't connect to logo plc. I did not buy logo memory card. do I have to use a memory card with logo plc? I made some search in internet, I found an article. it says " if you see hourglass in screen, power off logo plc, power on again, click "<" and ">" buttons until you see the english menu. I tried it, but nothing changed. I'm pushing ESC button, I can't remove hourglass icon. Now there is no program in logo. can you help please? thank you Attachment logoo.jpg (174 Downloads)

Power supply output is 24vdc, 5A and there is no potentiometer to regulate output voltage. strangely output voltage is reduced to 18VDC. I changed power supply and now logo is running normally
