I thought it might be related to Java, so I uninstalled the version I had, rebooted, then retried to install LOGO! soft Comfort. The result is shown below. Any help most gratefully received!

Soft Comfort, then you can browse to the folder of your operating system, Windows for example. In case of Windows, start the setup.bat from this folder as Admin and see if it works. Hope this helps.

Frogeye Member Joined: 7/8/2020 Last visit: 9/28/2023 Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	For anyone else experiencing this problem, my fix was to uninstall the Arial font, and run the update from the Microsoft websitehttps://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=16083 Uninstalling may not have been a requirement, but I did not test that.
